Job Description

We have a client looking for NCC Supervisors in Valencia, Spain. English is required. Relocation is available.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • – Manage the shift‐based staffing schedule and act as operator or manager when needed
  • – Act as escalation point in the case of controversial and difficult calls
  • – Identify knowledge gaps in operators so that they can be fulfilled as soon as possible either internally or with Tier 2 teams’ support
  • – Represent the NCC on the meetings when needed
  • – Liaise with our client senior management and attend periodical service revision meetings with our client senior management if required

 

Qualifications:

ITIL v3 Advanced or MIN 12 credits of ITIL Expert Roadmap or ITIL 4
