We have a client looking for NCC Supervisors in Valencia, Spain. English is required. Relocation is available.
- – Manage the shift‐based staffing schedule and act as operator or manager when needed
- – Act as escalation point in the case of controversial and difficult calls
- – Identify knowledge gaps in operators so that they can be fulfilled as soon as possible either internally or with Tier 2 teams’ support
- – Represent the NCC on the meetings when needed
- – Liaise with our client senior management and attend periodical service revision meetings with our client senior management if required
ITIL v3 Advanced or MIN 12 credits of ITIL Expert Roadmap or ITIL 4
